We'll provide the framework to clarify your vision, and then help you map a detailed course to achieve it. Throughout the process, a Northward Leadership coach is your source for accountability, ensuring that you will achieve your goals. After identifying your needs, Northward Leadership will match you with a coach uniquely qualified to accompany you on your journey. The engaging, rigorous coaching process can last from three months to a year, during which you and your coach will dance between focusing on critical, day-to-day issues and addressing your long-term vision. Northward Leadership personal coaching programs offer a process that is always fun, always insightful and always life-improving.
Northward Leadership offers organizational clients a leadership coaching framework that produces immediate results. Whether we're working with a newly appointed senior officer or a former rising star experiencing career derailment, our coaches are trained to listen and observe, to customize an approach to meet your individual employee's needs and to elicit strategies and solutions directly from that employee. Once we've matched one of Northward Leadership's certified coaches to your employee, the coach will use assessment instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory© and customized, online, 360-degree evaluations to measure where the employee is today. After conducting stakeholder interviews around your organization and providing feedback to the employee, our coach helps your employee craft a vision to which that employee aspires. Once this picture is clear, coach and coachee jointly develop a roadmap tailored with clear milestones and structured accountability toward achieving that vision.
