Change Management

"It is a terrible think to look over your shoulder when you are trying to lead—and find no one there" Franklin Delano Roosevelt

The truth is that there might be an undeniably essential reason for change to occur in an organization. The leader can articulate this reason extremely well, but without paying attention to the systems and individuals required to support the change, may well look over his or her shoulder and find no one there. So, how does an organization go about making sure all parts of the system are positioned to support rather than derail change?

Northward Leadership's Change Practitioners use a variety of activities in support of organizational change, these include:

  • Change awareness—educating individuals and groups on the change process and how it impacts them
  • Change strategies—building on change awareness and developing change strategies
  • Developing internal change communication strategies and vehicles
  • Managing how change is socialized and communicated
  • Strategic Discussion Sessions to ensure strategic goals and vision are updated to support change initiatives
  • Team building
  • Trust building activities
